encad novajets pro,s
I picked up 2 Encad Novajet pros ..put in new lines belts ink and carts.....When i try to prime or calibrate it says load medis...and the media out light is lit......I have a full size roll of paper and it moved the cartriges back and forth about 6 inches but thats all... The light fo media out stays on ......yes it pulls the paper back and forth and lines it up........Whats going on? anyone know? this is a Novajet pro 36 so has media holder right at the back tward the top

you might have a dead media sensor. i got a encad 736.
