I have really enjoyed printing color photos with my i9900, but I've had some difficulty printing satisfactory black and whites on Photo Pro paper. I seem to get a color cast, either greenish or magenta-ish. I've tried various combinations to try to correct this, such as printing in grayscale through the printer software, converting to grayscale in Photoshop Elements, desaturating in Elements, changing the profile in the printer driver (using Plus Glossy's profileseemed to help on Pro paper). It wouldseem to be preferable not to have to adjust the hues of the original to getrid of color casts, but maybe this is the best way.I'd really like to stay with Canon papers and inksfor now until I get this resolved. I have had better luck getting neutral prints with the Plus Glossy paper, but this isn't made in the 13x19 size. Has anybody come across a reliable way to get a nice neutral B&W with this printer/paper?
