What is the best option to get excellant cuts, when cutting out your prints after printing?

I use a steel rule and a handyman knife.

A rotary trimmer might work even better, but I don't have one :sad:

I use a Fiskars 45mm Rotary Trimmer and it works great. It has most of the standard photo sizes marked out. It handles paper sizes up to 12 x 12
