Im getting ready to attempt the repair.
I'm looking at iFixit to source the parts. They also provide online step by step photo's and the tools for $94. Any recommendations or suggestions for another source? Thanks. Mike

Just be vary careful, its not as easy as many of the on-line guides show and quite easy to do more harm than good.
Have you checked with any repair people how much they would charge to fix it properly. You might end up wasting more then the $94 if you break something and have to have that fixed as well. In the UK they charge the equivalent of around $150 to replace a cracked glass, but as we are know as Rip Off Britain I would suspect its a lot lower in the USA. Check some local repair prices first.
