Thanks Morag. You were correct on the overprocessing. You're more than welcome when critiqueing my photos to say what you mean and mean what you say. I'm still learning as well. These are what could be called typical snapshots and not planned photos. I just pointed and shot. LOL

Pointing and shooting is pretty much how all my half-decent shots come about, I just don't like the idea of spending 15 minutes composing a shot, haha. And I think it's probably a good idea to get some shots that need a bit of fixing up, it helps you get better at photography! At least thats what I've found. I went outside with my tcon17 screwed on, just to find that there were no birds (my preferred test subject), so I got to go around taking shots that didn't need any telephoto, while trying to avoid the vignetting... needless to say it gave me a whole new perspective when I COULDN'T go close, haha.
Glad that you're okay with the occasional critique, not that I have any right to critique photos considering the way most of mine come out:blah: |
