Dawg, You were asking if the Biscayne Bay was Navy or Coast Guard and this picture shows the Coast Guard insignia on the haul. Foggy dull day. We have our own Bouy Tender ice breaker the Alder permanately stationed in Duluth and its much bigger and more powerful then the Biscayne Bay but when it came time for it to start icebreaking this year it developed mechanical problams so the Biscayne had to be sent up here from St. Ignace.Mi. The Coast Guard classifys the Biscayne Bay as a 140 foot tug. andy 74
