HiI have a question on how to (if possible) change the time of the preview you have after taking the picture. It takes about 5 secs after taking the picture for the preview to go away. Is there any way to adjust it? Sometimes it's annoying if you wanna take another shot soon after.Thanx for any infobtw - I love this camera and what it can do!!!

I don't have that camera (yet!). I do have the dx7630 and it does the same thing. What I do is just push the shutter button (like you are using auto focus) and the preview will go away faster.

I can't adjust the time of the review on mine but I can and do set it for no auto-review. Then if I want a review I hit the review button on the back and review.

Like Dawg said, there is no option on the P850 to set the time of the preview...
You can only put it on or off:-) |
The 5 second review thingy is great when your taking photos of things that aren't moving, but at such as sports events and things like that where things change by the second. Its better to turn it off.

THERE IS A SOLUTION!
I too was hating the length of that preview, but although you can't shorten it, you can end it early. Simply press the little "i" button above the review button and the preview will end instantly!!! Thanks to that, it no longer stops me from taking pictures very quickly. Hope that helps! |
thanx for the infovery helpfull. pressing the button half way as to get a focus works great too, so now I have two ways of dealing with the problem - great!!!thanx again
