Nope, not Coney Island but Rockaway beach (not the one in NY either, an old haunt of my childhood) but the one on the Oregon coast.

I'm not too far from the both of them. At the end of Flatbush Ave going to the bridge to he Rockaways.

No. 2 is a beautiful photo Ruth. Never fear posting a photo here. I've posted one of almost everything and mine are not always good ones. LOL Folks here will help and critique if asked but above all we love seeing how others take a photo! Post more and often. Please!

Thanks for the encouragement Bigdawg. One of the things I really like about this forum is that it is filled with people's pictures. Most of the others are filled with questions or complaints about the cameras lol. You all seem to be having so much fun here. So thanks for the welcome and I do intend to play.

Glad you decided to share some of your pictures with us Rags,they are really good.

I always enjoy seeing what other people take pictures of.Sometimes it's my way to travel to places I'll never see otherwise
