Hi Brian, I Only checked the car pics but they were fantastic! Looks like it was a great show...brought back memories, I had a 1970 Duster with the 340, mine was orange.Hard to keep it on the road with all that power and so light a car, but it was fun trying.

As always Brian, Great photo's. Like Bob, I like the outside shots. Ever since my wife totaled my Boss Mustang, I can't go near car shows. They make me want to cry.

dan,,,,for fireworks i found between 1 and 2 seconds at 5.6 in manual mode was best....the problem being you don`t know for sure how bright the burst will be till it explodes,,,so you do get over-exposed shots....but there is no real work arround here unfortunately,,it happens to fast,,just wait till you see it either launch (best),,or explodes....i found if you can actually see it launch and capture that and the explosion you really get a nice shot...

Paul,,yes i got about 90 shots that turned out decent,,,i fudged a few by moving,,but haven`t had time to get them all done yet....i shot the works at 400 ISO no flash and handheld,so i had to run them through pic-cooler,,,then i lightened the shadows in PSE3.0....removed some CA and then had to resize some for photobucket......so i only had time for those so far....
