Sorry for the double post

Didn't know where to put this post, so I'm putting it here and also under Kodak. When in automatic mode I keep getting a slow shutter speed, and the red AE. What am I doing wrong? I've reset the PASM back to factory default and that doesn't do any good. (2) I have a fully charged battery, and an empty 512 mg card, but if I try to take burst mode pictures it only takes 2 instead of the "up to 6". I have a graduation coming up soon and was really hoping to be able to use this function. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Tnx - Sally

Batteries do 'wear out'. If you have access to another battery then you can try that.

Same error at different zoom levels?

What kind of light level do you have when trying to shoot? Have you tried bumping the exposure compensation up! Inside shots especially with out using the flash require you to either shoot in S mode and change the ISO to a higher value (100, 200, 400 or 800) or if using auto then you can raise the exposure compensation value to a + number and get better shots! The AE or Shutter speed may not come up enough if it is too dark where you are shooting in Auto mode! Don't delete the photos though as you can use a post processing program to lighten them up some after the fact! I save quite a few that way!
