Is Photo Filtre a free standing program or a set plug ins for Adobe programs?

Free standing Bill. It does almost everything PSE does but it takes up less sp-ace and loads much quicker! Wonderful little program. I can edit photos much faster using Photo Filtre than I ever could using PSE! The features you use most are right above the work area and you don't have to use so many drop down menus.

An adenndum to all this..I've found that if you have a Kodak photo printer the Kodak software is the easiest route to go for that! But to edit or post process your photos without needing to print them in a Kodak printer...then remove the kodak software and reboots will speed up double time! It is a system hog and will slow everything down!

I notice that I can come into computer room and dialog box is on screen saying Easyshare has screwed up somehow while computer was otherwise dormant. Also when I restartcomputer adialog box will say Easyshare is closing down when as far as I know it was not running. It seems to be doing more in the background than just sitting in the task tray.

Disapprovingly, Ken S.

PS. Have used Elements 2 exclusively for quite some time. Now still learning to like elements 4 after letting it commandeer my numerous picture folders.
