Thanks Boily. It was an inheritance from my mother. She inherited it from my grandfather who worked on a ranch in the Dakotas and sent the money home so his father could buy it! Been in the family since the early 1900's.

I'm hoping that it will stay even longer Sandy. I've given 2 acres each to my three daughters and plan on giving this house and property to my oldest grand daughter.
