Here it is. Through trial and error... and a lot of patience, I have this aligned down to the pixel. (actually one frame won't go exactly - somehow the pixels won't go. ) As for the sky, I've done my best with what I had. I've gotten rid of the most obvious banding, but the hues still don't match from left to right.

All in all, I'm pleased.
