I will try the last one once more. Its the western end of Lake Superior looking norh at part of Duluths cental hillside. Optical zoom. strong winds and hard to hold camera steady. andy

Surf's Up! Be careful shooting in that kind of weather... water likes to get into your camera and accelerate the aging process. Here in NM the problem is microscopic grit.
Thanks for the pic. Reminds me of why I moved away from the northern climes 16 years ago. |

Yes FaciaBrut I am very carefull as I know the risks. I used a Olmypus OMI SLR film camera for 23 years and the 50mm lens for that one looks like new yet even thogh I did pictures during stormy weather during the years I spent on ships. I might mention that I like living up this way and love the change of seasons and yes--even the winters. Andy

I spent 3 winters on Lake Ontario while in college (1975-77) and it was enough for me! My blood is too thin for that now! Again, that's a strong photo.
