I've been back and forth between these two posts so many times MT I'm lost so I don't know if I'm posting in the right thread. I have to agree with Bill "Why change what inspired you?". The original photo to me was the bestbecause "bringing everything together" is already done for you or you would not have been inspired to take that photo. However (there always has to be one of these doesn't there) the version you posted with Dawgs suggestion is my favorite. I don't know how to express it but to me the scene is more complete. My opinion only.

Your ability with Photoshop (is my guess) is inspiring. Keep up the good work.

Many thanks for the observations. Yes, I believe that I agree with you. Dwag's version is the most pleasing because it is a well balanced composition. It all goes together nicely. Thank you, Dwag!

I actually did the Dwag version in MS Digital Image Suite 2006. However, I also teach Photoshop, so making changes like that are pretty easy because I do them all the time. It just takes practice.
