Blue ridge indeed. My home state
![]() Natural caverns are pretty nice, but still nothing beats the Lurray caverns. They had them closed off for a while and just opened them back up this year I think. TONS of caverns along the I-81 corridor too, I've been thinking about spending several days exploring them all w/ my camera! I'd definately encourage anyone to come visit western VA/eastern WV, the scenery is amazing. Not all that pretty along I-81 and there are LOOOTS of truckers to watch out for, but I-64 has some beautiful vistas along the way! And I bet those safari animals felt riiiight at home this past week. Certainly felt like the serengeti round here!!! |

I live in southwestern VA! XD Never been to WV though... There is some great scenery around here, though.
![]() But, I'm pretty much restricted to our house till I can drive, or someone takes me out for a day to phtograph stuff! XD |
