Hello folks,
I should know this but I don't so I'll ask. I have a Sandisk 1gb card in my P712. I want to get another picture card for trips, ect. and want to know if any of the 2, 4 gb cards will work. Also what is the difference in sd and xd cards? I want to get an extra battery, the wide angle lense, the flash and another card. Will probably order all for BH. Thanks for your help. |

Sd is a little bit bigger then xd, they are not the same card !!
I don't know if the 4gb will work.. For the wide-angle, I bought the raynox hd-6600 pro and it is very good :-) |

The highest capacity SD that Kodak specifically says will work on the web site is 2GB.

I bought the raynox because it was smaller then the kodak and a little more powerfull (0.66x not a big difference but..)

I use a SANDisk 2gb card in my 712 w/o issues. I have my camera set for Fine, 5.1MP .jpg files. Currently show 408 pictures taken, 478MB used, 1.42GB available.
Check Newegg.com or even Amazon.com for the best price on SD card. Even check Sandisk's website. I got mine there cheaper than I could find anyplace else. |

Buy.com has a Kingston for $54 with a $49 rebate making the total cost $5 +shipping
If you don't mind messing with rebates that's a very good deal. http://www.buy.com/retail/product.as...amp;adid=17662 |
