Lexar has a $15 rebate on their 256 32x High speed card. Just got mine for $49 after rebate. Search using the multiple sites that compare prices online and then go to Lexar and print out the rebate form. Good luck

Should be no problems using the 512mb card,,but,,,,,don`t bother spending the extra for high speed cards,,,,the camera does not write fast enough to really make use of it..
And it`s usually cheaper to buy two 256 cards than one 512,,,,,i`d go for the 256,,,you can easily get 300+ pics on a 256mb card,,,,,,you would probably rarely use the extra one.. Brian |

I bought an instore special at Best Buy a week ago. I purchased a Sandisk 512MB for 79.99 plus tax. Instore special was just marked on their rack. Works great and I also have a 256mb sandisk and the 128 sandisk. No problems with any of them so far. Good picture taking.

Can`t say for sure,,,but after about 50 posts on this subject,,,,most people that have tried any real test have said that if there was a difference,,,,it was small,,,so if you didn`t pay extra for it then it doesn`t matter really...a lot of people have had problems with the sandisk ultra cards,,,some have had good luck,,,,i`d say the manufacturing of these cards is less than consistant to say the least,,,and i`d avoid the fast sandisk card,,,the normal one though works great...
