Z1012is Auto mode resized and cropped only. The colors are right out of the cameras, as are all my pictures. I like true to what I see and the camera see's, Not what I wish I saw with post processing.

Thanks for the info. I teach Scene Modes in my Digital Cameras course, but I find that few folks use their scene modes.

It's not hard to take pictures when not using the scene mode if one has time. Sometimes the scene mode comes in handy. Sometimes the scene mode does a great job and other times ..... well those are the time you wish you had more time to set up.
