On the way home from the salt marsh I made a stop at Waldbaums supermarket.
A little black tray caught my eye and ended up in my wagon. The tray contained 8 oz. of Baby Green Patty Pan Squash. Ech just a bit larger than $0.25. They looked like spinning tops from space. I love squash and have seen Patty Pan Squash (looks like green UFO's) Any easy preperations? They are just perfect for photo manipulation too! BiLL :| |

The squash are prettier at D'ags. Justt kidding.... Very cool shot. As far as preparation... why not batter dip 'em with I-Talian bread crumbs and fry 'em in a flavored olive oil?
I'm much better with green chile. What would Giada DeLaurentis do? |
