Hi,
this is an ocular (40mm). The zoom calculation is Zoom = Telescope focal/ocular focal With the skyline 80/400 I have 400/12.5=32x if I use the 40mm ocular 400/40=10x Bye Massimo |

Hi,
yes. I use it for astronomy and land shots. This shot is taken with dx7630 + telescope in afocal. The castle is far away 2km (ocular 20mm), the convent is 8km (ocular 10mm). To put the digi in front of ocular i use the baader microstage. Bye Massimo |

GoodMorning,
the prices are in euro (Outside Europe (or Italy!!) (in USA) the prices are lower): Telescope 80/400 : 160,00 € Baader Microstage 6030 : 48,00 € Ocalur 10mm : 38,00 € Ocular 25mm : 33,00 € Ocular 40mm : 48,00 € You must have a very good tripod to use the camera with telescope. The telescope weight is 2.5Kg + the ocular + the microstage + the camera. Bye Massimo |
