I like them.

I think the perched gull would look better a bit darker.

#3 is good for a bird moving away but might have been better with a faster shutter speed. They're hard enough to get in flight but harder when moving towards or away.

Quick and dirty, this is with Auto Contrast in Picasa2. I think it looks better but that could be the difference between our monitors. Let's see what others think.

I know there's not much difference but I think there is a bit more detail and that the bird stands out a bit better against the background.

Nice shots, I think simple exposure balance would make it more popped up.
