Well I haven't been able to Moon, due to overcast at night since the moon went full. So anyway had this pic from a few days ago, and thought I'd post it..

I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome of the photo. No enhancement needed, just cropped it to post. I've also started using PhotoFiltre for this. At least it doesn't strip the EXIF data.

As for only returning every 17 yrs, I wish.. We have these noisy annoying insects yearly. I took a video of my granddaughter last year, as she was playing outside. They were so loud, that you could hardly hear what was being said. So far they're not as thick this year.

I love crisp close up's, especially bugs... I can't ever seem to get close enough for the bug shots for some reason... ?

Great shot, Ron....smae here, never heard one before a couple years ago, and now they don't leave. Oh well, at least they drown out the peepers at nite
