I live in a small 8 mile stretch of the Oregon Coast where 90% of all of the USA's Easter Lilllies are grown and the bulbs raised. This rig is used to plant the bulbs in the fields. The workers lay on the equipment and hand plant the bulbs in the ground as it moves along. The Kokak Z-612 was used.

Sarah, great pic ! I had no idea -- thanks for the pic and the interesting information. It also goes to show that most people really don't have a right to complain obout their jobs - looks like very tedious work !

Dawn-

At least the planting only happens once during the Easter Lilly lifecycle. It would be terrible doing that all the time. However, that planting procedure goes on a good deal of the time in this area where Easter Lillies and Day Lillies as the primary cash crops.

Boily-

On the Z-612 it is a combination of the IS and the lens. They work very well together.
