When the traffic stops that does not stop me from finding a picture. I look up and down and if need bestepoutof my car (it's not going anywhere) for that just right view!:blah:

Interesting thing... no matter where I go, whenever someone refers to "the city", I assume they are talking about NYC... NYC is THE City. Drives my significant other batty because she's from the Chicago area (a little wannabee 'burb somewhere in middle America). She insists that NY'ers think NYC is the center of the Universe... Well, she's right because it IS!

BTW... great pics. Have you ever been to CBGB's in the Bowery? I used to go there many years ago to catch the Ramones, Patti Smith, many others.

Dawg... you're right, it's CROWDED! I grew up in a 5 story, 100 year old Bronx tenement walkup which my family lived in for 3 generations. As soon as I left the nest, I moved north to the grassy suburbs in Westchester county.. land of golf courses, Martha Stewart and the Clintons.
