If you had changed the ISO to ISO 100 in the last one the exposure would have more closely matched the others. Still not a bad exercise in shutter priority photography!

Yes it was.I read the EXIF data and noticed that the ISO on all was the same. I also noticed the change in Shutter speed and you used Shutter priority mode. That's why I thought to suggest that you change the ISO setting to ISO 100 on that last one. You also need to watchout for some noise creeping in at lower shutter speeds and higher ISO's. Just a thought or two! Nice photos though and a good demonstration of how to get that "soft water look" in those kinds of photos!
