Thanks for comments "Bigdawg, Boily, Red, and Dan" for your commnets.

Actually this is taken without tripod, just place on iron's gate. I take several shots of the same frame, two or three are best and about settings are i used is

aperture : f4
shutter speed : 1/1
with "Center weighted average"
