On topic, I've been to that spot in Death Valley a few times and have shot that pic a couple 3 times.

Off/on topic, I have a cousin that was a Calif Air Guard Colonel in charge of the fighter wing in Fresno. When in high school he arranged a flight for me as the back seater. I was never impressed by a roller coaster ever again. They now fly the f-16, too bad I never got a ride in that one. Oh well.
