Very nice, Andy! Interesting structure too. Where is this bridge?

Hi Greg, the bridge is located in Duluth Mn.It is the enterence to Duluths harbor. When a ship enters or leaves the harbor--the bridge rises 130 feet for clearance. I was walking in an area called the arena concourse--I took the pictures through a window just before sunrise. I took it a couple days ago with a kodak dx 6490 andy 74

That is really a great photo, Andy-

Was this a DX-6490 photo? It is surely a great capture that really is almost a night shot at the very same time. Well done!

Yes Sarah, this is a dx 6490 picture. It was geting light out when I took the picture. I was using manual seting and probably gave it a stop more then I should have. It was around 7:10am in the morning. andy 74

Thanks Dawg. I usually go uptown early in the morning and walk the skywalk about 5 days a week. I walk for an hour starting about 6:45am and get a 4 mile walk in. I always have my camera with me. The skywalk is indoors and connects to a lot of the downtown buildings. The part of the skywalk were I took this picture was from the arena concourse--part of which looks out on the sean shown in the picture. andy 74

What a wonderful thing to have to get your walk in in bad weather! Around here you just bundle up and hope a tree limb doesn't fall on you from the high winds blowing!
