Hi,

I was going to buy the Z712, but the only store around here that carried it no longer does... So, I am now looking at the Z885 or Z1275. I would imagine that the Z1275 would be better, but I also heard that having this much megapixel on a small camera could be a bad thing (I don't know why, purple frigning or something??). These are somewhat cheap cameras, so price is not an issue, I just want the most crisp shots I can get.

Oh, and what batteries go best with them?

thanks!

I have no idea about the pic quality between z1275 & z885, since I haven't tried z885.

But seems z1275 is more readily available in shops (at least in HongKong) and have seen several z1275 owners in other forums (including myself).

Were they released at the same time ???
