Now hear is one you have heard before. I see some exhcanges took part on this site back in Feb '07 about my current problem.

Kodak Easyshare Software refuses to uninstall from the programmes change/remove section. It suggests that I need to install it and then will not. It already exists and is taking up lots of space on my C drive. It also causes problems elsewhere and slows up the system.

Before people ask, yes i am effectively the admnistrator. The laptop is only used by me. I have tried to unload it using the Kodak site mentioned by someone last February. No joy. I do not believe it is running at the moment. I see no evidence of that. How can i be sure?

So, i plead with anyone out there who has a fullproof way of my removing this nuisance from my computer. I use XP.

Please make the instructions clear and simple. I have grown much older since i began this tiring process and have wasted too much of my life trying to uninstall this nuisance software.

Please help!

If you have the original CD, put it in the drive and let it boot. It should give you the option of uninstalling the software.

Try this...first remove easyshare using the add/remove feature of windows..next download this program and run it http://www.kodak.com/go/clear that should remove all traces of easyshare
