It isn't just another marketing name, because both camera have "Perfect Touch Technology" in their 'Features and Benefits', and only Z1012 have 'Exclusive KODAK Color Science Image Processing Chip'.

Some rumors says that Z1015 isn't a 'kodak' camera, but a Fuji... I don't know if it's true, but from the kodak site the different of features are public.
