Default ISO 800 Comparisons - Z980 & Contemporaries

This thread continues the ISO 400 series but raises the bar to ISO 800. The only Kodak to be analyzed is the Z980 as Steve's review of the Z1012 does not include ISO 800 and the Z612 could not manage ISO 800 at full resolution.

As before all images have been downsized to 6MP for consistency with the previous tests and among cameras.

As before I am evaluating the ability to discern the radius between the letters and the body of the large M&M character in the first image and the in the second image the general readability of the face of the desktop weather station.

The first two images are the Z980, second Canon SX1 and finally the center image for the H50.

Default Continuation

The first image is the right hand image from the H50 set followed by the SX10 set and the FZ28 set.

I have order these images from the least capable to the most capable (IMO). The FZ28 is again the winner but the SX10 is very useable as well.
