Default .......zi8 help needed.....

Hi, I'm new here and am looking for some help with my new (to me) zi8.

Acutally , I am wanting to edit my clips in windows movie maker(WMM).
I am familiar with this program and like the way it works for me.
As you all may know, the zi8 is a MOV file that WMM does not support.

Can someone tell me the easiest and simplest way
to get my clips into WMM ?

Thanks in advance

Some Members here are only Photo'er's, some are video'er's, etc. etc.

Using a Qt.mov format based for a Mac. yesterday, nw more today Qt.mov more allowed to newer windows Os. yet to update to win 7, or even vista.

a few ways to go about htis:

using a converter.

renaming file ext.

the H264 codec must be removed, once removed older pc os will allow play.

yes afew extra steps are required.
