Default dropped my zi8 in the water!

just dropped my zi8 in the pool.. . I took it out very fast i guess it has been uderwater for less then 2 seconds the camera was off. The first thing i did.. took out the battery and opened hdmi usb and sd covers. Now it's drying on the sun.. what do i do?

Hopefully all is well with your camera, but if something happens down the road, consider the Kodak Zx3. Really great camera and can go underwater.
