Default Z950 sample pic redone...

Hi...

I have not yet got my Z950. Was just wondering how would the final image look after doing some 'work' on post production.

This is Steve's sample pic, on which I have worked.

And my version is attached.

subhs-

Please keep in mind that any post processing is mostly quite subjective. The finished photo is what the post processor saw within the photo scene or environment. That is why it is always easier to post process a photo that you actually took. You know what it really looked like in reality.

I found the temperature of the sample photo was little cool and there was some vertical distortion in the building. I tried to correct that. (Though I lost some height by doing so.) Moreover, my intention was to see how a photo clicked in Z950 would look after post processing, before I buy one. I was impressed enough to post it in the forum.

I am glad that you liked the Kodak Z-950 image quality after your post processing.

Sarah...

I liked the images even before processing. I selected Z950 on the basis of Steve's review, the sample photos and your numerous posts about Z950.

Regards
