I am just glad that it came alive again.
The rest of the adapter and filters came today, yippee.
The macro filters are cool. was using the +4 and the helped with flowers, well, except the wind.
The adapter fits over the lens body and has two screw adjustments one on either side. Not bad. The filters and macros are both polaroid brand. Nicely made and come with own cases.
I am pleased.

I took a nasty fall with my camera last year (Fuji S2000HD) it was in it's case, whew. My knees were injured more than the camera. And I, also was worried whether or not my camera suffered the same fate. It survived and I owe it all to my camera case, it has the Velcro partitions inside. I just bought a larger case (camcorder size) for my new HS20exr, and I am sure that with the Velcro partitions, it will protect my new investment in the same way.....Just4clix

I need to get a small body case for mine that will fit inside my other bags...I usually have foam casing the body and sides of my purses 'just in case'. But, didn't do so this time...free gift from sister. I can't afford to replace it at present, no job, so when my friend replaced the batteries and it worked I was ecstatic!
I fell a year ago at the coast, camera ok, glasses all scratched...oh well. They still work.
