Default Kodak 6490 - Portrait or Wedding shots ?

My Kodak DX4900 has been used for literally 1000's of shots, generally with good results (improvement with experience).

What are your experiences using the 6490 for Portraits or Weddings? (good, bad, ugly, Tips & Techniques)

I've used it and been very happy with it for both.

Tips: Get a bracket, external flash and a mini softbox hood.
