Fast and easy to deal with.

This is my current setup, the w/a lens is on the desk and a Olympus TCON-17 is on the camera, giving up to x17 zoom.

I bought mine when they first came out over here and they were doing a special offer.

I think the lens was £82ish and the adapter was about £11, the postage is only £2.50 whatever you order.

The lenses aren't too heavy and make a superb handle to hold onto.

hi cold snail

any chance you could post a pic of just the adapter on the 6490? I'm looking at getting a polarising filter and am wondering how much bulk the adaptor adds to the camera?

btw noticed how many more snails there are in the uk this year (well at least where I am) maybe this hot/wet weather suits them, anyway ,lovely little creatures!

Here you go.

This is with a skylight on the end and the cap.

You will need a bigger bag to carry it all around, I find a camcorder bag is best for adding lenses and filters.

hi cold snail

thanks for posting that. it doesn't look too bad at all, not as bulky as i'd thought it might be.
