I have the DX6490 and usually the autofocus is right on. I was trying to shoot the full moon, but the pics come out blurry. Is there a setting that forces the camera to focus at infinity? I tried landscape mode, but still blurry. Thanks for any help.

you should use infinity (landscape) to shoot the moon. the reason the picture is blurry is probably because the camera was not steady during the exposure. did you use tripod?

a tripod was used.Shutter speed was 1/60 sec.,F8 and full optical zoom using pasm mode. Looking thru viewfinder the moon was just a big white spot. Maybe bright objects confuse the autofocus? I'll keep trying. Thanks for the reply
