Yeah dan I think you're right. But lately I've been making daddy noises. You know the ones I mean, the noises, grunts and groans Daddy used to make when he got out of bed in the morning. Anyway here are some photo's of the eye cups I've made. they were taken with my granddaughter's little HP camera. This first one is MINE, and I really like it a lot. It is straight line and then flared out at the viewer end. No problems with anything so far. I've left it a little long so I can experiment wit it and trim it to fit my needs. It does well as is so far.

Looking in the EVF. It still needs some trimming and the air bubbles caused some damage on the inner radius but I still like it. You have to pardon the fingerprints, my granddaughters love to point at the things they see on the LCD.

A more rounded version. You have to pardon the trim job. All I ever was taught by my mum was to RUN with scissors.

Aview from the top. The crease in the top was caused by me after it was removed from the mold and is not as bad as the flash makes it look.

This one is to Bob's specs and is a straight one, it is a lot easier to mold and takes less coating to make.

Hey Dawg,

The eyecup and the cable release bracket look great. I'm still gonna make me a bracket like that someday. Do you have any flex in that one? I like the fact that yours is adjustable.

Now that good weather is here i'm going nuts wanting to take pics, but I am devoting most of my spare time in trying to find a different job, mine doesn't look stable into the future. Got an interview tomorrow, so I gotta drag out the good duds and shave extra close... say, does anybody elses clothes shrink when you hang them in the closet? hmmmm, material must not be what it used to be. oh well.

Looking in the EVF. This is also left a little long so it can be trimmed to fit the needs of the user later.
