Hi all,

managed to get a pic of some Deer and a Hawk. I'm not sure what kind of Hawk it is, though. They are cropped and I applied a little unsharp mask. The Hawk pic is a little out of focus, but i thought you might like seeing it anyway.

Regards

Bob M

Good shooting but the hawk looks like a Turkey Vulture noting the red throat that is.

Might be a B-A-S-T-E-D Turkey vulture Bob. Besides that, I liked the shot of the deer looks to be movin' on when you shot it.

Nice shot of the deer. I've tried for shots of birds in flight and get about the same results as you did. But it doesn't stop me from trying. Maybe someday.....LOL.

Hi cwodave,

Thanks on the deer pic, there was actually 6 deer in the herd but i spooked them and only got the 2. I'm having no luck with the inflight bird pics, not sure what i'm doing wrong.

He'd probably miss the shot Bob, seeing as he only bastes in the nude with a chefs hat and apron being the only protection from the elements. The shot would be gone by the time he got properly attired. Just kiddin' wagaboo don't call up the boyz frum joezy on me now!!! LOL
