not a great pic, but just wanted to show the possibilities. believe it or not, the building is a full 3/4 miles from my back door. the truck was going by on the highway. Full digital zoom and cam wasresting on the deck railing. Did a one button photo enhance in PSP. it consists of sharpness, contrast, saturation and color balence. a tripod would have improved it i think. digital zoom could be usefull in an extreme situation.

Thanks Dan and Lisa. I probably shoulda waited awhile on the lens (my money manager ain't too happy with me) but it will help alot with the wildlife shots.

LMAO Wag, My money manager told me where i could stick my TCON, but i don't think the pics would have the correct exposure.

Hey Wag, here it is with the lens and super strong flash attached(putting it wheremy money manager said would definately be painful,LOL)

I think it is going to be worth it, but i only got to try the 1 pic with it tonight because i had some errands to do. the only drawback is that you don't have a lot of adjustment once it is on or else you will get vignetting, but for wildlife pics and landscapes it will be great.

i'll immediately post another pic with just the camera and lens

About $100.00 with shipping from www.adorama.com

yeah, it adds significant bulk.
