Great to hear, it is service like this that makes loyal Kodak followers.

In my case I was on holiday when my DX6490 Lens would not return into the body of the camera, I took the camera to a Kodak Print Shop in a large country town, they sent it to Kodak for repair, I continued on with my holiday, lucky I had a Kodak backup camera, recieved a call three weeks later telling me the camera was ready to pick up from the Kodak Shop.

They had fitted a complete new lens barrel and it was taking pictures as good as new, total cost for freight $14, it dont get much better than that.
