Default USB Cable for Kodak DC260

Lodger,

I have a usb cable for a dc260 camera with the following pinouts, maybe its the same as the 290.

1. Looking into the end of the din connector on the cable with the metal tab at the top there are Three rows of pins. two pins in the top row(with the center pin missing), Three pins in the second row, and two pins in the bottoms row.
2. Looking into the USB connector there are four contacts. Looking down on the pins let's number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, and 4.
3. Connections are as follows:
On the Din connector the left most pin on the top row goes to pin 2 on the USB.
On the Din connector the right most pin on the top row goes to pin 3 on the USB.
On the Din connector the center pin in the second row goes to pin 1 on the USB,
On the DIn connector the left most pin in the bottom row goes to pin 4 on the USB connector.

See diagram in post below.

I hope this is clear. I have no information that the 290 is the same as the 260 so you are on your own as far as responsibility goes.
