the se- education class has been put on hold. the people in power to grant the class decided against it because (and this is their reason) "Se- is like money - only too much is enough". Sounds a little bureaucratic to me.

We were lucky to find a beautiful rose garden that had many wonderful roses to photo.

Nice shots,Al! That old 70's song is in my head now.."Hitchin' a Ride"..lol.The blackbird is a Yellow-Headed Blackbird..we have tons of them here. They look so neat flitting in and out of the cat-tails along with their cousins the Red Winged Blackbirds.
I had a distant cousin of his stuck on my roof.A baby(?) raven must have jumped from the big Spruce and landed there yesterday. All last evening his parents were making a heck of a noise trying to encourage him to fly off it.I see he's on the neighbour's roof this morning. And altho he's a baby he is huge..about the size of a really big rooster.

Thanks,Al..He just finished ruffling himself up.But he's made progress..he's on the neighbour's garage now with Mom and Dad..he's getting closer to home. He's got the gliding down ..now I think he needs to attempt the vertical climb.
