I don't know who Mr. Parrish is but with that last one I think you ran over him like a freight train, DGhehman!! Very nicely done! ( The shot not the train )

Re Maxfield Parrish: back in the 1920s and 30s, he was one of America's most popular illustrator/artists, up there with Normal Rockwell and Rockwell Kent -- and the only one without "Rockwell" in his name.

Similar to my pano, "Parrish blue" often showed up in his paintings woven into lakes, trees, and interesting skies, likein this one: http://www.goodart.org/mpaqua.jpg Another Parrish element is un- or lightly-clothed girls. I didn't find any of those at Pelham's Island, which is just as well, as guests of the police are notallowed Internet access in Massachusetts, and I couldn't have uploaded the picture.
