Ya know Marshy. I was nearly kickin' myself for not going ahead and gettin a 7590 instead, but the photo's I've taken and other's some of you guy's have posted using a DX6490 have changed my mind. We get just as good a photos and spent a lot less. Are we cool or what??? LOL

Don't tell my wife about the cool part. I couldn't bear to hear her cacklin all of the day!!

Hey Dawg..I think that's cool too...They are both great cameras from what I researched but of course wanting to save some moola I went the 6490..and as you say..glad I did.Funny thing happened on the weekend..I belong to a forum for Canadian ebayers..there was post with squirrel pics..so I posted mine also.Later in the day I get an email from a woman who liked my shots..and asked what I used.So I told her and that I got it a Wallyworld..later that evening she replied back..she went out and bought one...LOL...so of course I mentioned this forum too so we may have a new member soon..:|

Nice shots, Marshy. I like the 2nd one, has sort of an erie quality to it. Don't know how you would improve on it. Don't think it needs improving. I like Lisa's reference to the big bang theory.

Nice shots, Marshy. Personally, I see no room for improvement, on either shot. I think you have captured a couple of very true-to-lifephotos ofan interesting, and probably difficult, subject. Good shooting.
