I went for a drive last night hoping for some evening shots but only got one..lol..good thing I am not paying for film:-)

Nice pic Lisa, It looks so peaceful, I see myself rowing thru there on a canoe and just looking up at the stars.LOL.:-)

MrBlue..that would be nice..but the skeeters would make lunch out of you about this time of night..lol.
Dawg..yes..sunsets are one of my favorites also..Many years ago my roomie would say.."sunsets..done to death".Yeah but they are still beautiful so who cares..

Amen, Lisa. Amen! Each one is unique and never to be repeated in exactly the same way. We who see them are blessed and reminded just how fleeting this life is. Because they are so transient is why I love to see the photos. Only in this way can they be captured and kept to view over and over again.

Dawg, your getting poetic on us. But that's OK, I like poetic. Yes life is fleeting, that is why this is the perfect hobby, we are leaving images for those that follow.

by the way Lisa, love the shot. I can't ever get enough sunsets.

Thanks Dan and Bob..It's been a real "cloud" week so every night around dusk I'm driving up out of the valley to see what might progress on the horizon...There may be some more coming..
