There are two kinds of lens caps for these filters one I've already shown in the above photos, is made to cover the square filters and is itself square in shape to fit the filter holder. The other is round and is made to fit the round adapter that screws onto the 55mm lens adapter. The filter holder pops onto the lens adapter and is removable. I use a UV filter an the end of the 55mm Kodak lens adapter and screw the round cokin adapter onto it. I hope I'm making sense!! I'll try to give you some photos of it in the near future RD. And I'll also post some photos to show the effects that they have on photos.

hey dude

just wanted to pass on an idea i read about in a nature photography book..

the guy in the book just duct taped the filters to the lens...

that made it faster, and more adjustable (for the GND filters at least)

looks like you're all set :-D

Thanks Vito. that's an Idea that hadn't occured to me. I'm so big and clumsy that speed at photography probably won't be attainable for me at least. This has been a slow hard grind to accumulate my meager gear. I'm just glad, well my wife is anyway, that I didn't opt for a DSLR instead!!! LOL
